Business Analyst, Business Change. Halifax: Permanent. Salary - circa. £40,000 + Excellent Benefits. We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead a variety of projects within an oragnisaiton where the Business Analyst is a high profile role. We are looking for a Business Analyst who has strong requirement gathering, business process analysis and stakeholder engagement skills, to work on full lifecycle projects focusing on business change. Responsibilities:. - Engage with external and internal stakeholders in order to gain requirements whilst ensuring full traceability. - Manage stakeholders at all levels including Director level. - Supporting record management project. - Mapping "as is" processes and the modelling of "to be" processes. - Model and document functional requirements and workflows. - Identify opportunities for the business to grow and improve. - Assist with the implementation of specifications. Experience required:. - Demonstrable track record working as a Business Analyst and evidence of involvement across the project lifecycle. - Financial services experience would be preferable but not essential. - Experience and skills in process mapping / workflow. - Experience of eliciting requirements through workshops, interviews, user groups, surveys or by exchanging correspondence, both individually and with groups. - Developing requirements for Storage and Evidencing Audit Trail's. - A history of working on business focused change projects.
