Description. ECS Group are currently recruiting for a Home Based (Regional) Business Improvement Techniques Assessor to cover the East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our local academies at a time of growth and expansion. *Up to 28k base + Benefits*. You will be assessing learners on–site in and around Birmingham, in–line with the City and Guilds Business Improvement Techniques apprenticeship at Level 2. This role comes with long term career development and opportunity to move within the company. Essential Criteria;. – A1/TAQA/D32/D33 Assessors award or similar. – Appropriate industry experience (BIT, PMO, PEO, Manufacturing, Engineering, Lean, Line Improvement etc.). – Ideally have knowledge of an additional apprenticeship programme eg PMO, Warehouse, Management, Business Admin, Customer Service. – Ideally have knowledge of Six Sigma, 5S, LEAN or Kaizen. – Must have a minimum 2 years BIT assessing experience. Responsibilities;. – Support and assess learners both on–site and at their place of work to undertake appropriate assessing processes within the Business Improvement Techniques apprenticeship framework. – Support basic skills and additional apprenticeship programs when required. – Provide candidates with individual feedback and actions as specified in the assessment plan and Individual Learner portfolios. – Ensure all portfolios are submitted for IQA check in a timely manner. – Undertake additional training and up–skilling when required.
