This is mainly a floor presence role but will include all development and training needed to get you to the level of the Restaurant Manager. Outgoing personality, charm and efficient guest service when “NO” is turned into a “YES”. Key duties to include: · Helping to achieving budgeted sales and costs · Support in training and developing your winning team · Support with the schedules and daily payroll targets · Maintaining staff retention above 67% · Building up a loyal following by interacting with the guests. · Flexible approach, integrity and loyalty. · Strong eye for attention to detail and delivering 5* service in a relaxed atmosphere · Monitoring online booking systems and reacting with training and action needed based on guests comments
