You will gain work experience in the relevant field, be given the chance to up skill and add qualifications to your CV and learn how to work together as team. This is a great opportunity for young people to experience the workplace and develop yourself to find further employment after the placement. During your time with us we will offer ongoing support to help you find further employment. In addition we will offer accredited training, upskilling sessions in maths and English and give you the opportunity to work hard towards a supporting reference. Selection Process: Candidates who are successfully shortlisted we be asked to attend a weeks long Sector Based Work Academy at Peterborough City College (22nd August 2016).
