Apprentice Receptionist and Administrator Wage: £3.30 per hour. Contract: For the duration of the Business Administration apprenticeship. Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9-5pm (35 hours). Flexibility is required in this role to meet the needs of our residents. Benefits: 35 hours sick pay (subject to successful completion of 6 month probationary period). Company funded Healthcare plan. Location: Chester. Save the Family is looking for an Apprentice Receptionist and Administrator to train and gain experience in delivering high quality support as a receptionist and administrator for all departments at the Charity. The main aspects of the role are to provide a reception service, meeting and greeting visitors on reception, ensuring adherence to necessary security checks. The apprentice will also have a key role in making sure that visitors are aware of important health and safety information (e.g. fire safety). Providing a telephone service and using the switchboard is also a key part of this role, including managing incoming and outgoing post and completing stationery orders. Part of the role will involve providing residents with electricity and laundry tokens, as well as taking utility payments.
