Ward Manager RGN Brighton £40,000 to £45,000 p/a - Brighton.
Job description:
A highly reputable private hospital group currently has an opportunity for a highly experienced Nurse with a strong background in acute care to work in their Brighton based hospital as Ward Manager. The successful candidate will provide effective leadership and management to the strong clinical team. You will manage staff, budgets and resources and will promote standards of excellence throughout the department. The successful candidate will be:. Registered General/Adult Nurse with current NMC registration. From a strong background in acute care. Proven experience of resource and staff management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong team leadership skills. Ideally you will also demonstrate evidence of recent post-registration studies and development. This full time post has a 37.5 hour working week and the salary band available is from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum depending on experience. Staff benefits available to the post-holder include a contributory pension scheme, free gym membership, private healthcare plans, life assurance and ongoing training, development and progression opportunities.
