Turnaround Nursing Home Manager - Liverpool £50,000pa (Negotiable) + 30% Bonus Time Recruitment are exclusively representing a highly renowned, national healthcare provider with an outstanding reputation. We are leading their search for a top performing Home Manager to manage and troubleshoot in a large nursing based in Liverpool. This home offers specialist care for people with various needs, including general nursing care, residential assistance, respite, and sensitive, dignified end-of life care. The Role: The home has undergone some troubling times recently in terms of CQC compliance; there is an action plan in place and a huge amount of support from the senior management and regional team, and so were looking for someone who can implement positive changes within the home. An ideal candidate would have worked in a troubleshooting capacity before, and will be able to bring new innovative ideas on how to develop the service. It would be an advantage to be nurse qualified with an active NMC pin however this is not essential.
