Trainee Recruitment / Resourcing Consultant Trainee role or Graduate role IT Recruitment Located - Leeds City Centre (prime location in heart of Leeds) Salary £18,000 - £21,000 (depending on experience) + Competitive Commission Structure About Fruition IT We are one of the fastest growing, independent successful IT recruitment agencies in Leeds. We provide permanent and contract IT and change professionals to companies throughout the UK. We have experienced rapid growth year on year since our inception in 2008, and now looking to expand our team by recruiting an additional 10 Recruitment Consultants in 2016. Our investment during 2015 has been focussed on building a platform for future growth including; moving into modern, funky new offices in Leeds City Centre, introducing the market leading recruitment CRM software to increase efficiencies for our Consultants, a brand new full responsive website (go on take a peek its pretty cool!) and an academy training model to ensure we are training, developing and coaching our staff to the very best of their abilities and Social Media training for all staff so we are black belt ninjas in the use of facebook, twitter and LinkedIn to help us build better relationships with our clients and candidates. You will start to build your own mini business from day 1, by developing a network of candidates and clients within your chosen specialist market. Your varied role will include the following daily activities: Searching for suitable IT candidates who match our clients requirements Headhunting and networking on sites such as LinkedIn / GitHub / Stack Overflow Writing and posting job adverts Interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles Arranging interviews for candidates and liaising with them during this time Making job offers to suitable candidates and handling rejections of unsuitable ones post interview Taking references / collating relevant supporting documents Building relationships with existing and future clients Attending meeting with clients to explore potential opportunities Negotiating fees and terms of engagement What attributes you need We are looking for people with drive, ambition, commitment and an outstanding work ethic.
