Technical Solutions Manager A Technical Coordination Manager is required for coordinating a virtual team of IS SMEs to deliver work-packages for our Clients projects, liaising with divisional Project Managers to ensure the work is delivered on time and to agreed budget and quality. This is a Customer facing role to start ASAP with a large retail client in London. You will be involved in the development and design of the technical solutions across the infrastructure/application stacks and have proven ability to work closely with Business, Systems, or Infrastructure Analysts to fully understand and document requirements as well as working closely with Developers across teams to ensure that the solution design meets requirements. Essential Skills & Experience *An proven understanding of IT Services (Middleware, Networks, Client, Server, Storage) *Excellent customer service skills *Previous experience of dealing with internal/external customers *Proven track record of delivering deadlines *Ability to work across boundaries *ITIL Knowledge Prince2 or some Project Management experience is highly beneficial.
