Team Leader - Care Home - Epsom Kare Plus Epsom is recruiting a Team Leader Position based near the Epsom area on a permanent basis for A friendly well-known care home. The successful person will have previous experience within the care industry as they be supporting the manager in all aspects of the homes management and will allow you to further develop your healthcare career. Key Responsibilities • Provide assistance with the management of the day-to-day running of the home • Taking responsibility for running the home in the absence of the registered manager • Assisting the home manager in ensuring the home complies with all health and safety regulations and CQC requirements • Supplementing residents with daily care • Supporting the manager with health supervision and involving the appropriate healthcare professionals when needed. • Be responsible for care planning, monitoring and updating these on a regular basis • Participate in the development of activities for the residents and ensuring this will enhance their quality of lives • Providing the home manager with assistance of managing the premises • You will be required to assist with the management of staff including participation of staff meetings, supervision, training and development activities. • The successful person will be helping in all aspect of the general administration of the home. Key Requirements • 5 years’ experience within the care industry preferable with the elderly • Good written and spoken English • NVQ Level 3 (Desirable) • Ability to work under pressure • Be innovative and creative.
