Minimal education level:
Be qualified teachers as recognised by the Department of Education to teach in grant-aided schools; Have experience of teaching Key Stage 2 (teaching practice acceptable); Demonstrate by qualification and/or experience the ability to use ICT to support teaching and learning including the use of the Interactive Whiteboard and/or iPads and other digital media technologies; Demonstrate by qualification and/or experience the ability to assist with the leading and co-ordination of PE, including Sports Day and After Schools Activities; Demonstrate through experience the ability to co-ordinate or assist with choir throughout the school and school productions. It is desirable that applicants: Hold a sports coaching qualification; Hold a grade 6 or above in pianoforte; Indicate a willingness and ability to lead either a Literacy or ICT Curriculum Team; Demonstrate a willingness to organise and lead residential trips.
