Swedish Speaking Travel Reservations Agent, London, Salary to £22k (Contract) We are seeking an experienced Swedish Speaking Travel Reservations Agent to join this Central London online travel company to manage and confirm reservations as they come through the website. You will be responsible for booking all relevant components accurately with suppliers and managing all documentation to customers. This would suit a travel consultant or operations executive who is seeking a non sales role. They are offering a salary up to £22k and this role will involve some weekends. Swedish Speaking Travel Reservations Agent Responsibilities: Confirming customers bookings and booking travel arrangements with suppliers Administration of bookings for all destinations Preparing relevant reservations documentation Loading hotel and supplier contracts and other onto the reservations system accurately Production of accurate itineraries and reservations confirmation details for travel plans Replying to various types of correspondence Answer pre and post-sale queries from customers by phone and email. Swedish Speaking Travel Reservations Agent Requirements: Excellent written and spoken Swdish and English is essential Experience dealing directly with travel suppliers Strong product knowledge Experience using MS Office products, Outlook, Excel etc. A team player, with a can-do attitude and excellent attention to details If you are keen to apply please do so or email your CV to .
