Our client who offer bespoke engineering solutions based in Braintree are recruiting for a Supervisor to join their expanding team. The purpose of this role is to supervise the completion of works orders in the factory and yard area, to ensure they are completed to the required specification and on time. For this role you will need to have previous supervisory experience as well as having experience of welding and fabricating, have a good understanding of health and safety and safe work behaviours as well as having excellent organisation skills. You will be responsible for supervising staff in the factory and yard area, see that works orders are completed to required specification and make sure staff are working in adherence to health and safety policies. The salary for this role is £20,675 per annum depending on your skills and experience. This role is a 40 hour a week requirement.
