Studio/Traffic Manager - Digital Agency - London £22 to £25k + great benefits My client, an awarding winning strategic digital agency is looking for a hands-on Studio/Traffic Manager to support their Production Manager in taking care of their thriving studio. They are bridging the gap between business and design, they help businesses create service experiences that transform the way they interact and engage with their customers. Digital Full Service Agency of the Year (RAR). Their client base includes the likes of Ralph Lauren, The Shard, Silverstone, Manchester Airport Group, Burger King, British Friendly Society and RSA. The Studio/Traffic Manager will be part of their strong project management team, working with global brands that span technology from fashion to financial services, and delivering an array of interesting projects from CMS driven web builds, to campaigns and mobile apps. The ideal candidate will expected to manage the resource bookings for a production team of around 14 people within a broad digital agency environment. You will be focused on a career within the Digital industry. You will be intelligent and articulate, being confident in your communication skills and feel comfortable taking on responsibility. Diligence, excellent organization skills and attention to detail are a must. Day-to-day you'll be: Working closely with their client services team, project managers and heads of departments Identifying availability, engaging and managing their studio production booking system Involved and mindful of all aspects of workflow, including kick off, milestone and deadlines Proactive and always looking for ways to improve the studio processes and ways of working Ensuring excellent communication between their client services, creative and development team You will have: A broad understanding of the digital industry The ability to communicate clearly and confidently Excellent attention to detail A strong inquisitive sense, with the confidence to know when to challenge a brief Ability to get the best out of people, including external resources Experience of web design and build, eDM marketing and mobile app projects is advantageous What they can offer you: You will be joining a passionate, talented and enthusiastic agency with some fabulous talent and high profile clients, a place where you will be developed, nurtured, encouraged to challenge the norm and contribute to the creation of some innovative products.
