Band 5 Nurse Vacancies in ITU/HDU, full and part time Positions Opportunities have arisen for compassionate, caring, kind staff who are patient oriented to join our ITU/HDU team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital Trust. We are a 12 bedded General Critical Care Unit with 9 funded beds, 4 of which are ICU and 5 are HDU. We are flexible regarding configuration of these beds and depending on patient need, can flex to 5 ICU and 4 HDU. The Trust aims to deliver safe, high quality care and ensures a positive patient experience. As part of our team you will represent the Trust in delivering nursing care in line with the Trust Values and treat all staff/colleagues, patients, families, and visitors with respect and dignity. Working under the direction of the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse, you will provide and maintain effective clinical assessment to ensure that patient care is planned and evaluated. Our nurses are highly valued and we will only recruit employees who share our passion to strive for excellence and improvements to nursing care. We want our staff to be an advocate for patients and their families. We can offer full time or part time roles, which will be predominantly long shifts across the full service 24/7 range.
