Our clients have a number of homes across the UK each of them specialising in specific nursing services for residents dealing with dementia, mental health conditions, complex behavioural needs such as autism, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, elderly frail, younger adults as well as those needing residential care. This particular vacancy is with one of their nursing homes in Knutsford, Cheshire. They require a registered general nurse to work with their team who deliver high standards of care to those with dementia, physical disabilities and the elderly frail. The nursing home itself offers residency to less than 50 and are looking for a like minded caring individual who has genuine care and compassion for those under their supervision Your Role * The successful candidate will ensure safe administration of medication and treatments within NMC guidelines and Kingsley Healthcare medication policy. * Report any ill-health amongst residents and make appropriate requests for GP/outside professional visit where necessary. * Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals and in accordance with NMC guideline and association policy. * Assess of all aspects of residents needs and provide health supervision and nursing when required. * Maintain professional development through attending and contributing towards staff training, supervisions and meetings. * Comply with Kingsley Healthcare Health and Safety Policy and procedures at all times. * Maintain confidentiality regarding all issues and information relating to residents and the company Your Package * Competitive Salary * Flexible shifts, 36 hours full time * Continual training and development * Opportunities to progress * Generous annual leave allowance * £500 welcome bonus, £500 upon completion of probation * Annual staff bonus scheme If your experience matches please forward your CV immediately White Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
