The role can be slightly tailored for the right person, but will fulfil the purpose of driving the agency forward through new business, sales on current accounts, building and managing profitable departments within the agency, and growing industry awareness of our unique proposition. About You: > Strong contacts within brands and agencies worldwide. > Ability to close sales on multiple accounts in upwards of £20million globally. > Proven ability to sell complex sales products in a challenging environment. > A highly strategic thinker with proven ability to showcase how innovative thinking has radically impacted their clients or their business’ bottom line. > A strong understanding of business propositions and business synergies. > Understanding of digital marketing capabilities and how this can be consolidated and integrated with a diverse range of clients. > Willing to still ‘muck-in’ and help whenever necessary to get the job done. > An industry leader – illustrated by speaking regularly at industry led events. > Provide unflappable and inspired leadership to drive internal teams to success. > A builder, a grafter, a go-getter, self-starter and visionary. > Sponsorship Sales & Marketing - or similar: 6 years > Degree calibre You may have worked in the following capacities: Sponsorship Sales Director, Media Agency Sales, Advertising / Marketing Sales Account Director, Sponsorship Deal Maker, Sponsorship Deal Broker, Sponsorship Marketing Sales, Senior Sales. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Sponsorship Director role is being managed by agency innovator RecruitmentRevolution.com.
