Our Client has an opportunity for a Snr Sous Chef to join the Executive Chef with running their Fine Dining 3AA Rosette restaurant. The Snr Sous Chef will also help in working towards achieving a Michelin Star & 4AA Rosettes. The ideal candidate will have a solid & stable background from a 3AA Rosette property, showing dedication flair and passion in the kitchen. Your role will be to assist the Exec Chef, in the smooth running of the award winning kitchen. This is a fast paced enviroment and you must be capable of preparing food to a high standard and running a talented team with effectiveness and efficiency. As part of a large brigade, it is essential that your communication skills are excellent, you have strong commitment, with dedication to your career and a passion for food.
