Site Manager - New Build Housing Glasgow, Paisley, Motherwell, Hamilton, Stirling, Falkirk, Central Belt Salary and package: £40,000 - £46,000 (depending on experience), Car / Allowance, Pension, Healthcare The Company: Rullion Build is proud to be working with one of the nations best house builders. Due to an increase in new sites opening they are looking to appoint a Site Manager in the Glasgow area. They are looking for site managers who come from a volume house building back ground who have the knowledge and understanding of working on volume private house building sites. Main Objectives: To report directly to the Construction Manager and Construction Director or Regional Construction Manager on all matters relating to the day to day running of the development. To take full responsibility for the required standards of Health and Safety, protection of works, presentation and quality of the product. To work to the agreed build programme and financial parameters set by the divisional Board of Directors for the particular development. The Role: The appointed Site Manager will be acting as Number 1 on Site responsible for: * Monitoring and maintaining all Health & Safety requirements on site * Manage on Site Sub-Contractors * The ability to solve technical challenging issues on site * Site Discipline * PPE/Behaviour * Liaising with the Client and Site Representatives * Maintain a high quality finish on every contract * Ensuring that all projects are on time * Site Inductions The Candidate: Ideally the Site Manager will already be working with another house builder and have a good understanding of NHBC regulations and have a good eye for high quality finishing. You will also have good working relationships with site staff and sub contractors alike.
