This post is to manage the on-site Security Officers and security operations, including client liaison. Key responsibilities: Maintain a regular presence on the malls and ensure all officers maintain correct discipline / conduct. Ensure that you are aware of staff’s current locations and that they are where they should be. Ensure that all Security staff are polite and provide the best Customer Service skills at all times. Ensure that all security personnel are correctly turned out; motivated, professional and courteous at all times (submit uniform requests when required). Assist the Security Manager with training new officers and ensure that all ‘on site’ training has been completed (including relief officers) Manage G4S staff, Patrols and staff searches Warehouse employee relations and client liaison scheduling Report writing and investigations. Experience in working in a Warehouse environment desirable. Previous security experience preferably in a supervisory / management capacity Good communication and inter-personnel skills Computer literate Able to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint to a high standard Smart, reliable and punctual SIA Licensed
