A demanding role that offers the opportunity to work for the market leading manufacturer in its field. - 1 year+ Manufacturing / Production experience at a supervisory+ level in any production or manufacturing based industry - we are looking for both those with years of experience as well as budding managers looking to carve the next step in their career. - This is a physical, hands-on role in a warm & friendly yet non-stop environment that demands an eye for quality, very little time is spent in an office. - The position requires you to have a strong, dynamic & confident persona; comfortable managing highly experienced, time served staff. - The ambition & drive to go the extra mile: success is rewarded. In return; on offer is a great pay structure, full & on-going training from a highly experienced senior management team, future development opportunities & a brilliant shift pattern:. - c£25k to start. - Permanent. - 4 weeks 6-2 Monday to Friday. - 4 weeks 2-12 Monday to Thursday.
