Having won Retailer of the Year on an unprecedented four occasions, the latest being 2014 and Service and Parts Team of the Year for 2015, you will become an integral member of the successful Stourbridge Service Team.  The Mercedes-Benz brand continues to thrive and the opportunities to grow the business over the coming years has never been greater. An opportunity now exists for a dynamic and pro-active Service Manager with the objective to increase turnover and profits to exceed set budgets.   You will do this by running an efficient operation, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction at all times, motivating and training all staff to be competent in their job roles, developing and improving processes and systems to drive the business forward.  You will constantly be seeking to maximise the opportunity presented by the rapidly expanding vehicle parc. With a 2016 expectation of labour sales in excess of £1.4m the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills, along with strong communication, leadership and commercial ability.  A passion for quality and service excellence will ensure that you play an active role in customer relations. Relevant experience within a large service department is essential.  In addition, you will be well educated, technically qualified and computer literate, ideally with experience of Kerridge. A good working knowledge of Kerridge will be an advantage together with any relevant technical qualifications.
