IT Support Analyst Our client, a large financial company in Kegworth, are looking for a number of Service Analysts to join their team. Candidates must be technically strong and have experience working with Virtual Client Services, Internet Explorer 11 and Office 2010. Deliverables: * Ensure internal colleagues are supported by acting as technical champions for the key deliverables in Technology * Support the emerging technologies in the company by providing an end-to-end service that fulfils/exceeds colleague expectations for technical support * Contribute towards Continuous Improvement programme and ensure LEAN activities are conducted to reduce incident volumes and resolve recurring issues at root cause * Support the take-on and adoption of new toolsets, ensuring that new processes are adhered to * Effective handling of customer escalations, ensuring customer expectations are managed throughout Technical Knowledge: Essential * Remote troubleshooting experience & knowledge in most of the following operating systems - Windows XP/7/8/10 & iOS * Troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2003 & 2010 * Networking knowledge and troubleshooting techniques * Remote Control and Support Tools * Home working corporate VPN solutions * Anti Virus software and disinfection techniques * Microsoft Exchange 2003 & 2010 * Outlook 2003 & 2010 * Active Directory / Distributed File System * Virtualised workstation solutions * File and Print solutions * Corporate mobility solutions - Blackberry / Good for Enterprise Desirable * Professional IT Qualifications e.g. Microsoft Certification * Knowledge of HP Service Manager or Service Now * Desktop, Printer and Server hardware * Scripting eg VB Script and Powershell * Citrix knowledge * XenDesktop * Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) knowledge * Lotus Notes * Cloud technologies * Sharepoint 2013 To apply for this position please submit your cv and I will be in touch by telephone to discuss.
