Senior Sea-freight Key Account Coordinator Basildon £27,000 - £29,000 GH1658 Our client, a well-established and successful thriving Distributer based in Basildon are seeking to recruit a highly professional and experienced individual with a ‘Can Do’ attitude. You will be responsible for managing a very busy key account for Ocean-freight Export to USA and Canada. Key responsibility: · Communications with vendors, Shipping lines and overseas offices/Agents · Data entry in our In-house systems · Arranging containers loading plans/bookings and customs processes · Dealing with warehouse staff and oversee loading and take photographs of the goods being loaded · Long working hours during peak season The Candidate: · MUST have previous account management within the Sea Freight / Export sector · Previous FCL / Groupage experience · Ability to deal with pressure and have an impeccable attention to detail · Commercial awareness and the ability to cold call · Team player Working hours 08.30 to 17.30 with 1-hour lunch break between 12.00 and 14.00 This is a very challenging role and a good step for a future career for the right candidate.
