SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT- FMCG - HOT DESK. Are you an experienced Recruiter who is looking to work for an outstanding and very rewarding business? Due to an internal move Stream is currently recruiting for an experienced consultant to take over one of the most established desks in the business. The role will involve working with and developing a portfolio of clients in the Food and Drink industry as well as some sales activity. The client base on this desk generated over c£120k this year and the roles filled include a range of Engineering and Operations positions throughout the UK. We are looking for an ambitious consultant with a proven history of consistent billings and developing client relationships. You will recruit in to our FMCG division. You will develop your own client base and build your own desk from cold. Potential to inherit some healthy accounts to account manage. Work closely with your candidates and clients increase our market awareness and reputation. Bring on new business accounts and be responsible for continuously developing your desk using STR's Sales training techniques. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
