Senior Customer Insight Analyst - Behaviour - SAS West London Up to £53,000 + strong package + bonus If youre looking for an opportunity be at the forefront of driving innovative solutions for customer behaviour and insight then this is the opportunity for you. As Senior Customer Insight Analyst you can expect to work for analytical leaders and hone your technical skills in SAS whilst taking a step towards management, mentoring analysts and leading client engagement. THE ROLE Sitting within a traditional Customer Analytics space the results of your analysis will define customer segmentation, targeting and overall marketing behaviour. A SAS based role, you will be expected to model from scratch and will be given a unique opportunity to develop open source skills as well. Fifty percent of your time you can expect to be working with large sets of customer data within SAS, the other fifty percent will be split between mentoring and client facing insight and recommendations.
