An award winning Brewery is looking for a driven, passionate Sales Professional to join their Sales Team. This is a great opportunity to join a young business in a fun and dynamic environment, you will need to show you are flexible, hard-working and have a track record in sales along with a knowledge and passion for craft beer. The role As a Sales Person you will be office based at our clients’ brewery in Finchampstead near Reading, although you will be required to be present at events around the country and occasionally abroad. Your key responsibilities will include: • Acquiring new customers • Developing and building relationships with new and existing accounts with account visits, presentations and tastings • Developing and maintaining strong positive relations with all customers and distribution • Completing necessary reporting and maintaining sales & personal development goals What you’ll need • At least 1 years Sales experience • Excellent communication, listening and time management skills • Lots of initiative & the ability to think on your feet • An understanding of and passion for beer • Strong persuasion skills • Full driving licence The company Our client is the connoisseur of the finest beers to cross your taste-buds.
