The Candidate The Sales Manager must be a new business development focussed sales personal, who operates in a professional and consultative manner. You must be polished, articulate, outgoing, confident who is eager to learn and grow as an individual. You must have a track record of sales achievement within Apprenticeships, Welfare to Work or Government Funded Training to the Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing sectors. The Package The Sales Manager will be rewarded with a basic salary up to £40,000, negotiable based on previous experience, with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to around £60,000.
