As a Retail Sales Consultant you will play an integral part of your stores success by contributing and meeting annual sales and profit targets. You will become their brand ambassador and deliver a friendly and consultative sales experience ensuring that your customers are satisfied each and every time. Selling is an important aspect within this role therefore to succeed you must be prepared to be accountable for your results. Key Responsibilities as a Retail Sales Consultant are:. . Demonstrate a strong customer service focus and ensure your customers feel welcome. . Confidently approach and build rapport with your customers to identify their needs and sell the right product(s). . Achieve personal and branch sales targets. . Meet KPI's to monitor and develop personal performance. . Support with merchandising, store standards and POS. To be considered for the role of Retail Sales Consultant candidates will be passionate about people and delivering excellent service, be a strong communicator and have the ability to build rapport quickly. In addition to this it is essential that you have an outgoing personality, are hardworking, driven and results orientated.
