MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES. - To support the National Sales Manager and external sales team in managing independent customers, buying groups and national customers. - Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. - Investigate and identify sales performance and trends by product category, by customer and by customer group, by area, by region and nationally,. - Monitor and report on key customer sales performances relative to targets set and present opportunities and threats based on findings. - Research new customer opportunities and present findings. - Monitor promotional sales performance and liaise with Marketing and the sales team. - Manage day to day customer activities and requirements.
