Home Clinical Lead needed for busy nursing home that looks after frail elderly residents, offering residential, nursing and respite care in a warm and welcoming social atmosphere, situated in a residential area. Clinical Lead (Nursing) White Recruitment requires a Registered Nurse who is either working as a Clinical Lead looking for a change of scenery or a Senior Nurse looking for career progression, preferably an RGN for a permanent position within a medium sized, purpose built elderly care nursing home. Essentials * You need to be a qualified and registered nurse with a valid NMC PIN, * The role of Clinical Lead will suit a kind and caring professional with relevant experience within the care sector, looking to progress in their career, * Experience within the elderly care sector or caring for the elderly is preferable. Main Purpose In the absence of the Home Manager the clinical Lead is responsible for the day to day running of the care home, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills you will have the ability to support and motivate colleagues along with the ambition to improve and develop your skills and the skills of those around you. You will also be effective in managing resources whilst being commercially aware.
