Cordant People are currently recruiting for motivated, driven Retail Sales Advisors to join our client based on the outskirts of Edinburgh on a full time, permanent basis. As the Retail Sales Advisor you will be responsible for:. - Providing customers with accurate and quality information on products. - Engaging and building rapport with customers. - Determining customer needs and recommending and providing the most effective solutions. - Explaining all aspects of products ensuring customers are able to make a fully informed decision with every purchase. - Up-selling the full product portfolio. - Completing sales orders accurately. - Maximising sales through repeat business and recommendation. - Meeting and exceeding pre-determined KPI's. - Participating in training and coaching sessions and making appropriate contributions. - Providing the highest level of customer service at all times. In order to be successful as the Retail Sales Advisor you will have:. - Experience in a Sales based role is essential. - The drive and motivation to succeed in a competitive, target driven environment. - Exceptional customer service skills. - The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. - A confident and professional telephone manner. - The ability to organise and prioritise your workload effectively. - A positive "can do" attitude.
