Regulatory Solicitor / Barrister, London - An experienced Solicitor or Barrister is required by this leading firm handling fitness to practice investigations. JOB TITLE: Regulatory Solicitor / Barrister. PQE REQUIRED: 2 to 4 years. LOCATION: London. SALARY: Dependent on experience. THE ROLE:. This first class regulatory team is keen to recruit an experienced Regulatory Solicitor or Regulatory Barrister to join them to cover a period for a 12 month contract. In this ever changing position you will be responsible for overseeing the work of junior investigators, preparing cases and advising Counsel ahead of panel hearings. Your matters will relate to a range of regulatory bodies including healthcare and educational regulators. THE CANDIDATE:. You will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with up to 3 . An excellent knowledge of the law surrounding healthcare and / or education regulation is essential, as is the ability to provide clear and concise case updates to non-legal professionals. You will also be able to work well independently and within a team, some supervisory experience will be a distinct advantage. THE FIRM:.
