JOB DUTIES : The management and administration of the Resource Department ensuring, sufficient labour coverage throughout, maximising profitability and maintaining the highest standards of excellence and service across all segments of the business. Presenting a professional image to internal and external clients. Liaise with the operational management team to ensure levels of excellence and service are maintained throughout. Ensure that all financial regulations and administration procedures are adhered to and maintained at all times. Deliver labour requirements within agreed targets, budgets and deadlines in accordance with venue demand. Ensure the efficient operations of all recruitment, and scheduling of permanent, casual and agency workers. Maintain good relations with external suppliers reviewing on a regular basis our supplier base to add value to services already offered. Please see role profile for further duties. OTHER INFO : None. Minimal education level:
You will have proven leadership and management skills as well as good influencing and communications skills. Proven track record in recruitment and or selection environment, the ideal candidate will have gained this experience in a catering environment. Educated to degree level ideally, or suitable catering equivalent qualification, CIPD qualified advantageous. Role requires computer literacy, competent in Microsoft Excel Word and the use of databases, good standard of English language both written and verbal. Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills together with an attention to detail. Ability to motivate, maintain and build effective teams, while working under pressure to tight deadlines.
