Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - London Pulse has a client who is looking for a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to support people with mental health problems on a permanent full time basis. The Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner will assess and support people with common mental health problems in the self-management of their recovery. They will undertake patient-centred interviews, which identifies areas where the person wishes to see change and or recovery and makes an accurate assessment of risk to self and others. The post holder will make decisions on suitability of new referrals and provide a range of information and support for evidence based high-volume low-intensity psychological treatments. The successful candidate must have a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Qualification and a graduate Certificate in Psychological Therapies. They must have experience of working as a PWP in an IAPT service and evidence of working with people who have experienced a mental health problem.
