Penetration Tester - CREST CRT or CCT - £50k - £80k. An award winning global information security consultancy is currently looking for CREST certified penetration testers to join their team. They are looking for Crest Registered Testers (CRT) and Crest Certified Testers (CCT) qualified in Web Application and/or Infrastructure disciplines. The role will entail leading diverse client facing engagements in all sectors of public and private organisations. You will be part or a technically strong, hardworking and passionate team to provide the highest quality of tailored and pragmatic consultancy services to clients. The environment includes flexible working where team work, collaboration and training are provided within the framework of delivering all client work. At a very interesting time for cyber security, this is a very exciting stage for the consultancy. They are looking for the right people to join them as they embrace the challenges thrown up by the advancements within the threats faced in the IT industry and being part of this team will mean that you will be at the forefront of this arena. You must be full of enthusiasm for your skills and this industry and demonstrate a pro-active attitude with the ability to communicate and engage with clients at both a technical and business level. All team members have a wider interest in security outside their core area which is important too. If you have an interest in cyber security at any level, but in particular in penetration testing then this is a position for you. Skills needed:. 2 - 5 years of infrastructure/web application testing;. In depth knowledge and understanding of exploits and vulnerabilities;. Exploit creation, skills with scripting, vulnerability analysis and reverse engineering;. Qualifications:. CREST CRT, CCT Inf or WebApp (required);. Tiger Scheme equivalents also considered;. Certifications may also include OSCP, SANS and other recognised industry training. Salary is dependant on experience but can be expected to be in the range of £50k - £80k. Location: Home base role.
