Are you immediately available? Do you have broad payroll and pensions knowledge? Do you have a methodical approach and are able to multi-task? A key client of Williams Kent has an urgent need for a Payroll and Pensions Officer initially on a 3 month contract. The role will be processing the payroll for the company through Successfactor. Working with the Payroll Manager you will be processing the payroll through the HR and Payroll systems which include tracking changes, manual calculations and making sure everything runs smoothly. They are coming up to their year end reviews, so an attitude to get stuck in with this on an ad-hoc basis is essential. In regards to Pensions, you will be administering on-boarding, auto enrolment and answering queries from staff. Personal Attributes: Strong Payroll knowledge. Knowledge of HR and Payroll shared system Pensions knowledge (auto enrolment etc) Good Excel skills methodical approach Any end of year reporting knowledge would be desirable. They will be looking for someone to start ASAP, but essentially no later than the end of Feb. This role has prospects to be extended and possibly go permanent.
