Payroll & Benefits Advisor - Tunbridge Wells, Kent A well-established organisation within the not-for-profit sector requires a Payroll & Benefits Advisor to provide a comprehensive payroll and benefits service to support the business for a 3 month contract period (minimum). Please note this is the only person running the end to end payroll for approximately 150 employees. The Payroll & Benefits Advisor contract will involve the following: -Accurately administer the Groups payroll within agreed timelines & statutory/legal compliance -Creation & submission of P60s, P11ds and year end completion -Preparation of audits for the purposes of Inland Revenue as well as external auditors -Provision of payroll & benefits information & reports to support HR -Advise staff on changes to benefits & pay -Work with HR to ensure payroll & benefits knowledge is shared -Administer the organisations benefits package components e.g. pension, healthcare etc. ensuring external suppliers are managed & make recommendations for improvements -Ensure policies & procedures relating to payroll and allowances are in place and updated -Ensure systems are up to date To be suitable for this Payroll & Benefits Advisor role you will have: -Knowledge of payroll systems e.g. Cascade HR & Payroll or similar combined system -Up to date knowledge & experience of successfully running an end to end payroll service -Experience of overseeing the provision of employee benefits -Up to date knowledge & experience of payroll & benefits legislation The main offices are based in the Tunbridge Wells area within easy reach of the train station. However, please note there is parking available on site. The contractual rate for this role will be £16.50 per hour (incl. deductions).
