Job title: PA to Directors & HR Administrator

With a firmly established reputation in the field of vehicle fleet management and with an enviable portfolio of blue chip clients, SMH Fleet Solutions is a growing company with ambition in abundance. With a workforce of over 500 people across our sites in Bedford, Bolton, Gloucester and Worcester, we`re now looking for a capable PA to join our Head Office in Worcester to support our Managing Director and wider executive team, whilst also providing a range of administrative support to the HR Manager. This challenging role calls for a capable, organised and versatile PA with strong administration skills and a high level of computer literacy to include Word, Powerpoint and Excel. Your role will include: • Organising meetings and diary management • Co-ordinating any social/entertaining events including control of corporate Rugby box • Control and updating of company policy documents • Preparation of business presentations in Powerpoint and preparation of business tender documents • Co-ordinating the company`s charity events • Supporting head office facilities management • Support the organisation of the annual management conference and team building events • Organise annual performance reviews for the Director and senior management team and oversee the process company-wide • Compiling reports to include: sickness, absence and overtime; attrition; recruitment and others on an ad hoc basis • Organise the updating of HR policy documents • Administration of employee benefits • Preparing the annual Employee Survey to include analysis and results This is a super opportunity for a hardworking, loyal and committed person to join a company known for working hard to innovate.
