Occupational Health Nurse Advisor : Oxford GBP 34,000 : GBP 36,000 The Company: Our client?s Healthcare Company is one of the UK?s leading providers of occupational health services. The Role: The successful Occupational Health Nurse Advisor will work in Oxford within the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position. Successful applicants will be an integral part of our client?s team, providing a compassionate, professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care our clients receive. Candidates must be confident and ideally OH qualified. We are looking for candidates to take a proactive approach and have strong skills in the following areas: Full OH remit Case Management Health Surveillance Health Promotion DSE Pre:placement Medicals Fitness for work Assessments The successful candidate will need to have good time management skills and be able to manage their own diary effectively. We are looking for an approachable individual who can communicate with all levels of the organisation and is highly motivated.As a representative of the client?s Healthcare team they require employees to maintain excellent client relationships, for this reason successful candidates must be able to organise, prioritise and co:ordinate their workload. Confidence and first rate communication skills are essential.
