A leading notified body based in Milton Keynes are seeking a Technical Planning Manager for the Medical Devices part of the business due to a restructure. Key responsibilities include: * Review and approve proposals submitted by managing offices * Review and approve significant changes submitted by managing offices * Planning and monitoring of unannounced audits * To monitor that audits are performed annually * Planning and monitoring of TF sampling * To plan to achieve KPI objectives for the contract review process * To ensure that contractual agreements are in place (inter-office and subcontractors) * To monitor outsourced processes (audits) * May be involved in training personnel in managing offices The successful applicant will: * Possess either an appropriate degree, college degree or other qualifications and/or experience in either Health Science, Engineering or Quality/Regulatory disciplines related to the Medical Device or Pharma industry sectors * Has preferably at least 3 years' experience of either working in a Health Science related industry in Design, Manufacturing or Quality and Regulatory functions, or previous experience with either Management System registrars, Notified Bodies or Testing laboratories * Preferably should have some experience of the EU Medical Device Regulations and Quality Management Systems * Has previous experience in the planning and delivery of knowledge based services.
