I am recruiting a number of financial analysis and management accounting roles for a FTSE listed organisation. Your new company This technology and communications giant has grown dramatically in the last 5 years due to excellent business planning and taking advantage of market trends. Having utilised their competencies surrounding the business core market, they have been able to use their strong brand in order to differentiate and grow in other markets. They are now looking to bring in some excellent finance professionals and utilise their skill set in order to develop their financial and commercial acumen. Your new role You will specialise in a division of the business and work closely with other management accountants and finance analysts. Key elements of the position include preparing management accounts at month end, budget and forecast preparation and producing financial and variance analysis. On top of this you will have the opportunity to improve processes and have your input into streamlining and making processes more efficient. What youll need to succeed In order for your application to be successful you will be a newly or recently qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with the drive and determination to progress within a successful organisation. They can offer you real progression and expect the staff to gain promotion within 1-2 years. If you have worked within a financial analysis or management accounting capacity and are newly or recently qualified, this would be an excellent opportunity for you.
