Mystery shopping drives real improvement for future customers in areas such as customer service, product selection, and cleanliness. A mystery shopping assignment involves independent contractors posing as “shoppers”. They are paid to visit their local brands as a regular customer would, and report back on various aspects of their experience. Our mobile app, allows mystery shoppers to complete shops on-the-go. From the convenience of your iPhone, iPad or Android device, you can view a map of available shops near you, schedule a shop, complete the shop, enter your report and expenses, and even take pictures. Shop opportunities include some of the biggest brands, some of which you may already visit, such as fast-food establishments, sit-down restaurants, supermarkets, fashion brands, gyms, etc. In return for your work, you’ll receive a shopper payment and/or a reimbursement towards any required purchases or meals. This is a self-employed vacancy.
