Our client is looking to develop and expand customer administration teams to provide customers with a first class and exceptional customer service experience. With this in mind, we are looking for confident, outgoing candidates who are able to work well under pressure. With an element of product promotion involved, a great attitude and self motivation are also key to being successful in this role. The Role The role consists of contacting customers and brokers via email and external calls for outstanding documents and information required to progress a mortgage application. 1. To ensure that every customer interaction has a positive outcome and the needs of customers have been fully met. 2. Planning and organising caseloads, typically mortgage enquiries 3. Building positive relationships with customers, brokers and external parties 4. Proactively using own initiative to complete and follow up requirements 5. General administration and data input Skills/Experience Needed 6. Previous experience (advantageous) 7. Self motivation, bright and bubbly personality 8. Confident and professional customer service skills 9. Confident team player 10. Strong communication and listening skills 11. Organisation and prioritising case loads Good PC skills are essential, customer service, keyboard skills, excellent telephone manner and confidence on the phone. Wage Structure 12. The starting wage is £7.85 per hour Further Information 13. Monday Friday, flexible between the hours of 9am – 5pm 14. Full training provided – No time to be taken off during this period. You will be required to pass a credit check, a criminal records check and have the past 3 years worth of employment references.
