Marketing Insight Strategist / Data Insight Manager / Marketing Data Manager c. £40k - £50k + benefits Surrey - transport links into central London The role will be working for a truly exciting, fast growing and successful holiday company. The successful candidate will help to lead the company to generate data and customer analysis to feed the group's marketing strategy across all its brands and products. The company are at a critical point in transferring from one database agency to another and the role will be heavily involved in the initial migration and future data architecture. The Marketing Insight Strategist / Data Insight Manager / Marketing Data Manager will: *Be an advocate of data and information within the business *Project manage the migration of data from the existing platform to the new agency ensuring this is done so to the necessary time scale and budgets *Ensure essential infrastructure is managed throughout and that data feeds are functioning properly and managing this Data Management Plan *Liaise with the agency through the migration and beyond to get the best use and efficiency from the new system *Ensure future marketing promotions capture the intended data and that the information is stored and used for future campaigns *Ensure attrition, retention ∾quisition of consumers across the relevant data pools, with particular focus on the growth and movement across customer segments and email data *Conduct customer profiling and segmentation to target marketing more effectively *Conduct careful analysis and insight to bring value to the rest of the marketing department and to help the future growth of the company *Grow the database accordingly and following consumers through the lifecycle to re-target more effectively *Be up-to-date with Data Protection laws *Conduct constant analysis to ensure KPI's are met regarding marketing campaigns to ensure the business keeps progressing including ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders *Cleanse data regularly and manage the database accordingly The Marketing Insight Strategist / Data Insight Manager / Marketing Data Manager must: *Have demonstrable experience in Data management within a marketing environment *Have commercial acumen to ensure that this role directly benefits the company (ROI, KPI, Profit etc) *Strong attention to detail *Strong communication and stakeholder management skills *Experience using analytical tools This role will suit candidates who like to be given a high level of autonomy, work in a fast paced environment, are ambitious, driven and passionate.
