Your new role The role is to support the growing Management Accounts function and the main focus of the role is to assist the Chief Management Accountant with the preliminary accounts preparation for one of their largest operations, along with full balance sheet reconciliations. In addition to this, the role is to liaise with external finance staff across the group, and assist with the integration of the finance systems. Travel will be required in order to learn more about the business, a minimum of 2-3 nights a month to the South of London. What you'll need to succeed You'll need to have experience in producing management accounts, or at least assisting in the detail of what goes into the accounts such as recording journals, calculating accruals and prepayments, various analysis reports and calculations. Being a team player is essential to this position, as you will be asked to help out in other departments in busy periods, and you must be open to some travel as when your role progresses there will be further travel to other sites.
