Job description:
To safeguard Health and Safety for the maintenance planning and execution operations: risk assessments and method statements, site inspections, contractor supervision, accident and near miss investigations, compliance with standards (fire, lifting and handling equipment, energy isolation, work at height) To ensure high efficiency of maintenance workflow through effective usage of SAP acting as plant SAP key user. To manage the performance of the planning and scheduling process; guaranteeing the rigour and consistency of: daily analysis, weekly scheduling meeting and execution follow-up. To supervise on site the weekly scheduled jobs, to analyse equipment performance and all preventive processes notifications daily proposing clear actions (WO) to be validated by maintenance manager. To plan and control the effective use of resources: parts and labour (including contractors).
