The Maternity department of the Family and Womens Healthcare Group are looking for a midwife who will contribute to the delivery of the Herts and West Essex Transformation plan by supporting the program manager and work stream leads. The post holder must have a collaborative and influencing style of working, be able to negotiate with others to achieve the best outcomes. To be successful you must be approachable and be able to support staff in initiating changes in response to the transformation plan and work alongside others to sustain changes within the services. You must have evidence of project management, financial management or supporting change in a specialist area, be open to change and help create and drive change in the Healthcare group and within the Local Maternity System Program Board.
