Lead Web / QA Tester : Global Enterprise Systems Software Company My client a leading Enterprise Software Company based in beautiful offices in Central London are looking for a Lead Web / QA Tester to work on their flagship mobile application product which is used by millions of users around the globe. Working closely with the in:house Development Team and the Testing Team, you will be responsible for leading the QA for this application. The ideal candidate will be well versed in QA best practises, be hands on in helping the team deliver quality products, be pro:active and able to successfully lead a team. Key tasks and activities in this role: * Working with Product Owners and Developers at all stages to promote quality * Produce Test Scripts based specifications/requirements * Assigning and managing work to internal and off:shore QA teams * Execute test scripts * Identify, record and document defects found during the execution of test scripts * Review work of others, documenting issues and provide constructive feedback * Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards methods and procedures to ensure information retention and re:use * Ensure internal systems are kept up to date at all times with latest activity * Plan and control own work flow to ensure all deadlines are met and manage own tasks effectively * Working with developers to perform root:cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis * Co:ordinating with the IS department to ensure required test platforms are available * Promote Best Practice activities * Passionate about the role QA plays in developing software Qualifications and Experience: * Previous experience testing .Net and Javascript Web Applications * Experience of leading a QA project and Team * ISEB / ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing * Experience of defect tracking systems like JIRA * Experience in running reports from QA systems and reporting to teams/stakeholders * Excellent communication skills * Experience of writing acceptance criteria and test cases, and executing test cases within a QA system If you are interested in working for this Global Enterprise Software Company then do not hesitate with your latest CV for immediate interview.
