A highly respected Tier 1 Investment Banking client is seeking a Lead Business Analyst for a job opportunity in London to grow a team which focuses on change and data projects. The teams responsibilities include helping large and smaller scale projects deliver business results. In this job as a Lead Business Analyst you will be responsible for driving analytics to support the development of opportunities to improve cost, quality and delivery of processes, services and component products across the technology and broader pillars of the bank. As a Lead Business Analyst you will have a wide range of responsibilities such as; track costs, savings and non-financial improvement measures with the Programme Directors, develop reports to support benefit tracking discussions, running bespoke analytics for a process or service, aggregating disparate feeds of data, maintaining, managing and updating golden sources and feeds of data, adhering to data and modelling standards, develop Total Cost of Ownership models and many more. You will nee to have experience in the following; Business Analysis, building relationships, commercial experience in service delivery, a strong experience in data mining, exploratory search, identifying the root cause analysis, understanding and probing the problem and providing a solution, ability to work independently and within a team, Structured Query Language (SQL) and the ability to join up and make sense of disparate information sources.
